What to Do if You Forget Your Customer Number

For APA Members, you will find your member number on the mailing label above your name. Your member number is 10 digits beginning with zeros.

For Individual Non-members and Institutions, your customer number is on the mailing label above your name. Typically, it will begin with 22 or 30 and contain a total of 10 digits.
